Abstract
The 5 layers of touch that we classify in this research are: 1) The "electromagnetic field or biofield", 2) The skin, 3) The fascia, 4) muscle and 5) bone; each of the layers has a type of
movement, which allows us to heterogenize depths and weights, as well as to become aware of the ways of touching and communicating with our body. The tangent, on the other hand, it is a kind of transversal line, which crosses the 5 layers and which we propose as that weight that allows touch and contact. The chapters here presented coincide with these categories that, in addition, we gave ourselves the freedom to metaphorize with social and methodological aspects of research; the tangent is found in boxes, traversing the layers of prose.

We are touched by everything
"We could say that it is energy, space, air; that's all that which we touch and touches us without a materially apparent or evident contact. It is the outside, what communicates to us with subtlety. When this concern appeared about what is the first contact we make in a practice and, looking for information about this idea of "invisible layer", we found the concept of the "Electromagnetic Field", a concept of physics that states that this is a energy field or shield, which is present around the planets of the Solar System and in the Universe and which is a combination of waves that propagate in space, transporting tiny packets of energy (photons) from one place to another". “The field is essentially a messenger, a link. It uses the space-time as a language to mark or signal continuous interactions between matter. The biofield is both an energy field and an information field.” William Wolkosky
The skin is a map
The skin is also a text that opens up the reading of multiple external signs (such as age, sun, scars, decorations) of a person but also of a culture, of a specific geographical place. Extract Las 5 capas
““It seems to me that that touch comes to make contact when you can become aware of it and you are working in some sense to deepen it... That is what I think is the difference between touch and contact, the level of depth, of attention(...) is another level of communication that appears in contact.” Florencia Ch.
Bone as a mobil structure
"The movement of the bone structure or of a mobile structure, have a fundamental key that is the joint space. Joints are parts of the bone structure that become smaller or stretched. In that empty space there is pause, perception, listening. This also reminds us of the importance of space in the exercises and practices, the pause as joint space, which disposes us to a rhythm and a
listen". Extract Las 5 capas
